Warranty
DESIRON warrants to you, the original purchaser, that for the stated warranty term of one year, DESIRON will repair or replace any piece of furniture which is defective in material or workmanship. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover any products manufactured by third-party vendors or COM. We accept no liability for breakage or damage caused as a result of misuse or excessive wear and tear. Correct product specification for particular application is the responsibility of the purchaser.
The decision to repair or replace will be at the discretion of DESIRON after and evaluation of the complaint is completed. To exercise your rights under this warranty, you must submit a claim to customer service and provide the original sales receipt as well as images. If a claim is filed, DESIRON may send a service technician to the site to inspect the piece. If the service technician deems product repairable at the time of inspection, DESIRON will authorize service to make a necessary repairs at no charge.
DESIRON, LLC assumes no liability for commercial loss or consequential damages that may arise as a result of any product defect or fault.
