TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION & CHANGES:
Our furniture is made to order and after receipt of deposit, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds will only be considered in extenuating circumstances and subject to management approval.

DELIVERY:
Customer assumes responsibility that the purchased items will fit in their space; elevators, hallways and entryways during delivery. A site survey prior to ordering is essential. Desiron cannot assume responsibility for items that will not fit in situ.

ESTIMATES:
Estimates valid for 30 days.



PAYMENT & TERMS:  
50% deposit required on all orders. Payment in full is due upon completion.
We accept Visa or MasterCard, Wire Transfer and Checks. We do not accept American Express.

FINISHES & TOLERANCES:
Variation in color, grain, and veining are natural characteristics of wood and metal. Our dimensional tolerance is +/- 3/16"

PRODUCTION: Completion dates (ECD) are estimates and are subject to change.  Lead time and production begin when all paperwork is signed, payment is received and COM/COL is delivered to our factory.
